what do we do?

we mindfully curate products from aligned small businesses all over australia into a beautifully presented hamper. our burleigh studio is open monday to friday for customers to pick up gifts. we also have amazing delivery drivers that distribute our hampers all over the gold coast.

 

where do we deliver?

we deliver to businesses as well as residential addresses.

we can deliver pretty much all of the gold coast - from tweed to pimpama and anywhere in between, and most of brisbane is on our list too! however we're still growing and always happy to accommodate where possible.

when do we deliver?

our ukiyo fairies zip off in their vans delivering your goodies from 12pm weekdays. deliveries to business addresses will be done by 5pm, and residential by 7pm; at the latest. due to the nature of our business, we cannot guarantee specific time drop offs; please keep this in mind when ordering deliveries to schools and when your special recipient may finish work early/is a shift worker;  and other situations like these.

we operate mainly from Monday to Saturday, with some exceptions. keep your eyes peeled to our social media accounts for more updates on the go!

delivery instructions

in cases where the recipient is not available, we will carefully leave the gift box in a safe spot. if we do not deem the area to be safe, our ukiyo fairies will keep your goodies onboard and attempt a redelivery the following day for an additional delivery fee of $15; we will contact you first if this is the case. if in the attempt that the recipient is not home, we cannot gain access to the front door or deem any area safe to leave the items and a redelivery fee is not possible, the gift box will be available to pick up from our burleigh studio; or a refund minus the original delivery fee will be processed.

please provide as much information as possible whilst placing delivery to avoid this scenario.

 

delivering to apartments

where a concierge service is available

- hamper box and any additional gifts will be left with the concierge

where there is no concierge available and recipient is not available:

- if accessible, hamper box and any additional gifts will be left at the front door of the apartment

- if it is NOT accessible, we will leave a note and place the hamper box and any additional gifts at the front gate/entrance to the building or attach the note to the letter box. in this case, our ukiyo fairies will always try to contact YOU, or the special recipient to make sure this is a-okay.

- if in the case there is no safe spot for us to leave the flowers and a redelivery is necessary the following day, a redelivery fee of $15 will be administered to the customer.

 

will the products last the day if left outside?

our products are packaged carefully and securely in a sturdy hamper box. they will a-okay if left outside at your door until you arrive home. our delivery drivers will always ensure they place the gifts in the shade and in a safe space where-ever possible.

 

refunds & returns

in the unfortunate event that there is a problem with your order, or any unexpected issues on the fault of ukiyo gold coast, we will aim to come to an agreed solution for re-delivering your order; otherwise a refund minus original delivery fee will be provided.

 

in the case of incorrect delivery information provided to, we will not be held responsible if the order is not fulfilled. however we will try to work a solution with the sender to get the best outcome.

 

in the case that, heaven forbid, a nasty gift snatcher has taken your delivered bundle, sadly we cannot be held responsible for this but we will try to work a solution with the sender to get the best outcome.
